Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing industry while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. The Apprentice Plumber will assist in various plumbing tasks, learn essential skills, and contribute to projects that ensure the functionality and safety of plumbing systems.
Duties
- Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Help assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
- Perform basic welding tasks as needed for pipe connections.
- Apply basic math skills to measure and cut materials accurately.
- Collaborate with team members on job sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of plumbing systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is beneficial.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to plumbing, carpentry, and assembly tasks.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials as required.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
