What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Hands-On Install Support: Frame aluminum storefronts, set glass panels, and apply seals & waterproofing under expert guidance
- Jobsite Prep & Cleanup: Load/unload materials, organize tools, and keep work areas safe and tidy
- Tool & Material Mastery: Learn to care for specialized glazing tools—cut, transport, and organize materials like a pro
- Skill Building: Measure, level, and handle glass under expert guidance—master each step before moving on
You’ve Got What It Takes If You…
- Love hands-on work and aren’t afraid to get a little dirty
- Are hungry to learn a valuable trade—no previous glazing experience required
- Fit 50+ lbs in your carry game and feel comfortable working at heights
- Pay attention to the little things—precise measuring and installs matter
- Hold a valid driver’s license and can get yourself to work
(Bonus points if you’ve already helped on a construction site. High score with experience in the glazing trade!)
