This position would be to support supervisors on projects as a labourer and/or apprentice.
Apprentice/Skilled Labourer • Receive tasks from Lead hands/ supervisors. • Work with labourers, lead hands, supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Expected to have some knowledge of basic demo and reconstruction. • Working on fine tuning skills with superiors. • May be set to work alone if competent with task. • Completed work to be approved by lead hand/ Supervisor to ensure quality. • Ask questions. • Learn to read and interpret blueprints on site to complete task given. • Basic hand tools required + tin snips, Linesmen pliers, small chalk line, speed/combination square. • Working towards completing Apprenticeship.
