Air Riderz is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Air Riderz. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests while promoting a positive atmosphere. You will engage with customers, assist in maintaining the facility, and uphold our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about our facilities and activities.
- Monitor activities within the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist guests with equipment and provide guidance on proper usage.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Facilitate events and parties, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun and engaging environment for all visitors.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or recreational settings is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- A passion for working with people, especially children, is highly desirable.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$46.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
