We are looking for a motivated and organized Afternoon Production Team Lead to oversee operations across multiple production lines at The Pastry Box. In this role, you will lead and support production staff, ensure quality standards are met, maintain efficiency, and uphold safety protocols. You will be responsible for coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members across various production lines
- Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate production flow
- Train and support team members as needed
- Monitor safety and cleanliness standards
- Report any issues or improvements to the Production Manager
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9:30pm . weekend off.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
