Responsibilities:
- Work in AX/D365FO ERP modules including Finance, Accounts Payable, Production, Accounts Receivable, Warehousing, Logistics, and Sales.
- Provide support to end users by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, offering training, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Gather business requirements, create functional designs, and collaborate with development teams on customizations and integrations.
- Coordinate and perform application testing, including regression testing, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Administer and configure D365 F&O environments, including monitoring performance, managing updates and patches, and resolving issues.
- Ensure system security and compliance by managing user roles, privileges, and segregation of duties.
- Perform technical operations such as environment refreshes and point-in-time database restores.
- May occasionally be called upon to provide production support outside of normal business hours.
Education:
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience (2–5 years) may be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience with MS AX 2012 and Dynamics D365FO.
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O administration and support.
- Familiarity with EDI formats, and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Power Platform administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to provide relevant technical documentation or work samples.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Effective collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Azure DevOps for Repos and Release Management.
- PowerShell and Python scripting knowledge.
- Azure networking, Logic Apps, Power Automate Flows, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
