Visions Electronics currently has an opening for a Store Coordinator/Admin for our Calgary Builder Division.
This a part-time position that could lead to full-time.
Job Details:
- This position reports to the store manager
- 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
· Inventory management and reconciliation
- Product Ordering/RMA/Service
- Daily cash out reconciliation
- Dealing with Project Managers for upcoming jobs
- Schedule and installer coordination
- Email and Phone support
Requirements:
- Must have an advanced working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
One to two years of Administration experience would be an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
