We’re looking for a dependable, organized Administrative Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day and keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Receivables & PayablesTrack incoming and outgoing payments, send invoices, and follow up with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with BookkeepersEnsure all financial documents and transactions are organized and shared accurately with our bookkeeping team.
- Support Executive Task PlanningAssist the company President with scheduling, follow-ups, reminders, and general task organization.
- Maintain Office & Business OrganizationKeep files, communications, and internal workflows clear, up-to-date, and efficient.
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities across two companies
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and finance tools
- Experience with bookkeeping platforms like QuickBooks or Xero is a plus
