- Experience: 1-3 years
Requirements
- Construction and interior renovation experience with coordination of crews and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of materials related to interior renovation and building maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and communication.
- A highly motivated self starter who possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Schedule and manage materials for delivery to jobsite with handling of materials periodically.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office such Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience with software such as Asana and QuickBooks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Education:
