Our Business Development Centre is currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join the team! This individual is responsible for answering incoming service calls, responding to customer inquiries, confirming appointments and performing follow up calls for our Audi locations.
Required
-A cheerful and enthusiastic disposition
-Previous call centre experience is an asset
-Detail oriented
-Great communication and phone skills
-Provide excellent customer service
-Conducts business in a professional and friendly manner
-Proficient computer and software skills
