As the Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across accounts payable and payroll functions. You’ll be responsible for:
- Processing accounts payable: invoice entry, PO matching, and issuing payments via wire/cheque
- Administering payroll for 25 employees using Ceridian and ADP
- Managing payroll reporting, holiday accruals, and year-end processes (T4s, ROEs)
- Reconciling payment receipts and vendor statements
- Setting up and maintaining vendor records in SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Ensuring compliance with provincial, state, and federal legislation
- Supporting ISO 9001:2018 conformance and general office organization
This is a full-time position within a company generating approximately $10 million in annual revenue, and is ideally suited for someone with experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
You are the perfect fit if:
- You have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- You bring at least 2 years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience
- You’re familiar with SAP B1, Ceridian, and ADP payroll systems
- You thrive in detail-oriented environments and take pride in accuracy
