Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi-currency, multi-entity operation
- Experience working with AP & AR in multi companies’ environment using QuickBooks software
- Experience and organizational skills and capability to effectively manage priorities while meeting timelines
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and dedication to timely and accurate reporting
- Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly attentive to detail and committed to quality
- Able to work independently with minimum direction and in a team environment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full Cycle AP
- processing Vendor Invoices and Reconciling their accounts
- check all the paperwork, PO's & shipping details pertaining to processing the Invoice, and resolve discrepancies with Vendors
- Weekly and Monthly check runs to be forwarded to Controller for Review
- processing credit cards for payment
- Bank Reconciliation
· Receive instructions from Management and implement the same on a prompt and effective manner
- Coordination of the year-end review, working papers and presentation of such to the company's Controller for the external Auditors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
