Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Analyst

What You’ll Do
You’ll begin by mastering essential Accounts Payable Analyst responsibilities, with the potential to expand into more advanced accounting tasks as you develop within the role:
- Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities:
- Managing full-cycle accounts payable, including matching POs, warehouse receipts, and invoices.
- Reconciling and entering credit card statements.
- Processing vendor bill backs and reconciling vendor statements.
- Communicating with suppliers about invoice discrepancies.
- Performing cheque and other payment runs.
- Maintaining AP vendor files.
- Supporting month-end and year-end reconciliation activities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a collaborative attitude. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A solid foundation in accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- A willingness to learn and grow, starting with AP and advancing to more complex accounting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, on-site role.
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 7:30AM-4:00PM.
