Qualifications and Qualities we look for:
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ year experience in a similar accounting role (preferred)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with payroll data entry and deductions
- Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Respond to internal and vendor inquiries
