Summary
As a Billing Coordinator at Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd., you will play a vital role in managing billing processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process billing for services rendered accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and reports.
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment options.
- Maintain accurate data entry for all transactions related to billing.
- Assist in negotiating payment plans when necessary to accommodate customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software and billing processes.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate financial calculations.
- Effective negotiation skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar accounting systems is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
