We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service in the water/wastewater hauling and plumbing industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer relationships.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both parties.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities, contact prospects and establish new business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends effectively.
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration.
