Kurita Canada has an immediate need for an Account Manager in the Regina Saskatchewan area.

Territory/Location Information:
This position is based out of a home office.
Travel: 80-100% within territory

Drive Profit Growth: Leverage customer expertise to always maximize profitability while not jeopardizing account stability.
Partner Identification and Engagement: Utilize connections and experience to identify and engage with qualified partners, building trust through professional engagement strategies.
Innovative Problem Solving: Creatively solve complex challenges, proposing customized solutions that meet the unique needs of industrial clients.
Business Development: Leverage Industrial knowledge to successfully acquire business, transforming customers and applications into long-term stable value driven returns.
Value Creation and Sustainability: Utilize industrial expertise to create shared value by advising customers on achieving their operational, financial, safety, and sustainability goals.
Technical Support and Analysis: Provide expert application support to current customers through regular data and analytical diagnosis, equipment operation and maintenance, and individualized system analysis, communicating results clearly and professionally, drawing on your industrial expertise.
Collaborative Excellence: Work with Kurita leadership and internal teams, employing your industrial background to enhance customer experience and results.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with industrial experience is essential.
Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in water treatment particularly within industrial plant environments, with working knowledge of all forms of pretreatment, boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
Communication and Organization: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and organize tasks efficiently.
Proven Performance: A history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles in industrial roles, showcasing a strong work ethic and self-driven attitude.
Licensing and Compliance: Must have a valid Driver's License and meet Motor Vehicle Record requirements; candidates will undergo pre-employment background checks.
Autonomous Work Environment: Ability to perform at a high level independently to drive results without direct supervision.
