Job Title: A-Ticket/Red Seal Tower Crane Operator

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Tower Crane Operators with a valid Red Seal or Level A Certification to join our elite construction crew. You’ll be working on high-rise developments with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tower cranes on various job sites
- Conduct safety checks and equipment inspections daily
- Follow site-specific safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient lifting and moving of materials
- Operate tower cranes to lift, move, position, and place machinery and materials
- Communicate with site personnel via radio and signals for safe load handling
- Follow all provincial safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications:
- Red Seal or Level A certification
- Strong knowledge of crane operation, maintenance, and safety standards
- Minimum 2 years experience operating tower cranes in urban construction
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of crane load charts and rigging best practices
