Job Description

Member Service Representatives provide all aspects of support and service to our clients. They respond to requests and complaints, make sales, process orders and provide information on the organization and its services. As the face of the company, they are expected to exhibit exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes clients warmly and handles their queries and transactions
  • Administers standard office duties (ex. answering phones, responding to customer emails, replenishing office supplies)
  • Supports operational activities (ex. inventory management, following up on customer applications, filing, opening and closing activities)
  • Offers advice and guidance on branch products and services
  • Looks for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience
  • Maintains current knowledge about virtual currencies and related legal and regulatory developments
  • Upholds company compliance policies and risk assessments as it relates to customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifies and reports suspicious activity that may be related to money laundering and escalate when appropriate

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Expected start date: 2021-03-08

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

  • Secondary School (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Cash handling: 2 years (Preferred)
  • customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
