Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Customer service skills, outgoing personality
  • Proficient in English (oral/ written) Bilingual is an asset
  • Front Desk/ Customer Service experience is an asset
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Knowledge in Microsoft & Excel
  • Excellent at multitasking


  • Register & direct guests to their assigned rooms
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Communicate with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
  • Up selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
  • Schedule services for guests
  • Recommendation for guests’ trips
  • Handling debit machine /cash payments
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
  • Work under minimal supervision
  • Can multitask many duties
  • Make on the spot decisions
  • Dealing with guest issues and complaints
  • Handling phone and email bookings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $13.00-$13.50 per hour
