- 按照学校课程安排，教授芭蕾基础与进阶课程
- 根据学生的年龄与能力，制定和调整教学内容
- 关注学生的姿态、技术与艺术表现，及时给予指导
- 协助学校策划及参与汇报演出、舞蹈比赛
- 与家长沟通学生的学习进度与表现
职位要求
- 有芭蕾舞专业背景（舞蹈学院毕业或同等资历优先）
- 具备舞蹈教学经验，有儿童教学经验者优先
- 能够耐心引导不同程度的学生
- 良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神
- 英语流利，会中文者优先

We are a professional dance school based in Vancouver, seeking an experienced Ballet Teacher with a strong background in performance and instruction.
You will be teaching ballet classes to students of various ages (children to teens) and inspiring them to achieve their best.
Responsibilities
- Teach beginner to advanced ballet classes according to school schedules
- Develop and adjust lesson plans based on students’ age and skill levels
- Provide guidance on posture, technique, and artistic expression
- Assist with school recitals, performances, and competitions
- Communicate with parents about students’ progress and performance
Requirements
- Professional ballet training (dance school/academy graduate preferred)
- Teaching experience required; experience with children is an asset
- Ability to engage and motivate students of varying skill levels
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an asset

Part-time / Full-time (depending on class schedule)
