Job Summary:
We are looking for a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor to lead safe and supportive classes for pregnant individuals. The ideal candidate has experience working with expectant mothers and can create a calm, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead prenatal yoga classes in-studio
- Modify poses for different stages of pregnancy
- Guide breathing and relaxation techniques
- Ensure student safety and comfort
- Provide a warm and welcoming class atmosphere
Requirements:
- RYT 200 or higher
- Prenatal Yoga Certification (required)
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of prenatal safety and anatomy
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate
