THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking experienced MRT’s who have a commitment to outstanding care for their patients, their loved ones and their caregivers for casual day time shifts in Calgary. Shifts and hours will be based on clinical locations. Staff with additional experience in mammography or pain therapy are also welcome to apply as we have all types of shifts available for the right candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform high quality x-ray images in a professional, timely and safe manner. • Contribute to a high performing team as you will work alongside other Mayfair team members and Radiologists in a collaborative way to complete the highest quality exams and a positive patient experience. • Learn every day, grow your career and passion and support others to do the same. QUALIFICATIONS • Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist from an accredited program recognized by ACMDTT and CAMRT is required. • Active member of the: ◦ Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) ◦ Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) • An experienced technologist who is excited to share their knowledge with others while learning Mayfair protocols. • Known for exceptionally high standards for quality. • Someone who has strong time management skills, critical thinking skills and is not afraid to ask questions and share knowledge. • Demonstrated awareness of ergonomics. • A minimum of 2 shifts per month are required.
TOTAL REWARDS • Hourly pay rate for this position will be between $36.00 to $50.04 annually depending on education and experience.
