Ability to communicate, and follow direction from the Resident Care Liaison and the Executive Director;
Good written and verbal skills;
Ability to work accurately, quickly and safely alone
Will train for Resident Care and for Medications Administration
Ability to meet RHRA regulations for the fire drill mandate, attending fire training when it is offered
Ability to be an effective team player and promote a positive team approach;
Ability to provide support and care of residents with an acceptable standard of skill, sense of responsibility and respect for privacy;
Ability to promote independence;
Ability to observe, report and document changes in resident's condition;
Experience in working with seniors in a care facility;
Ability to clean, sanitize kitchen and working areas;
Follow job routines and adapt to changes as they occur
Knowledge of and ability to follow Public Health rules and regulations;
Ability to walk or stand for lengthy periods of time;

Pay: $18.57-$19.00 per hour
