Duties
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Experience in an office furniture dealership is a strong asset
