Job Overview:
As our Working Foreman, you will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on our commercial and residential sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate site teams.
- Execute, lead, and manage carpentry scopes, including the following:
- --Vinyl/Hardwood/Glue-on flooring
- --Baseboards/trim installation
- --Door and Frame installation
- --Window Installation
- --Drywall boarding
- --Framing
- --Tiling (not required)
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Perform quality control inspections and enforce safety regulations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
- Take charge of troubleshooting and solving site issues.
- Work hands-on alongside the team when necessary.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction or a related supervisory role.
- Proven experience in general carpentry, with expertise in flooring, tiling, boarding, and framing.
- Ability to lead teams and step in to fully complete carpentry work when required.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations.
- Leadership skills to manage site teams and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.10-$49.48 per hour
