Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foreman Carpenter to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to manage a team of skilled tradespeople. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and other tradespeople on residential renovation projects.

- Interpret and execute detailed architectural plans and blueprints.

- Ensure all work meets our premium quality standards and client expectations.

- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.

- Manage job site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.- Oversee material selection and inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and used efficiently.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates on project progress as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

- Extensive experience in high-end residential construction and renovations.- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
