We’re currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team. This role is located in Mississauga, ON. The primary responsibilities include Receiving, Order Packing, Shipping and General Warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
· Assist with daily ongoing receipt of goods at loading dock and prepare orders for count verification
· Organize orders in specified areas; verify product quantities for receiving into ERP system
· Assist with organizing outbound orders / quality control for accuracy prior to shipping
· Create documentation for, and build out pallet shipments
· Complete “pack and ship” function in ERP system
· Organize parcels for courier services
· Coordinate with customers and courier for special deliveries
· Provide tracking information to customer service and customers when required
· Support and perform inventory counts
· Encourage and maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols as set out by management which will meet provincial and federal standards
· Keep warehouse neat and organized at all times
· Other duties as assigned by management
Work Hours
This position requires full-time status and is a 5-day work week. There will be occasional after-hours requirements for events such as warehouse operations, physical inventory, etc.
Qualifications
· Must be fluent in English: Ability to communicate clearly and objectively both verbally and in writing.
· Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 pounds
· Punctual and reliable
· Proficiency with MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
· Strong organizational skills, there will always be multiple tasks to coordinate and prioritize
· Responsive problem-solving skills
· Openness to learn from everybody in the organization
