Aquiform is looking to hire a warehouse Returns Clerk for a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing returned goods. This role supports inventory accuracy, vendor warranty claims, and customer satisfaction by managing returns efficiently and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process returned product in a timely manner
- Create and post return documents via Microsoft Navision
- Verify return documents (quantities, codes, conditions, reasons for return, etc.) and correct discrepancies when necessary
- Investigate returns discrepancies
- Create buy-back purchase orders for product that can be resold
- Process inventory transfers for damaged or defective goods
- Prepare and process defective inventory for warranty claims to be submitted to vendors
- Test and diagnose returned equipment, liaise with vendors, and prepare items for restock or replacement
- Support PSC customer service with missing part requests, sourcing from vendors or internal stock
- Re-box, repair, source missing parts so product can be resold
- Ensure returns area is organized and clean
- Issue refunds to customers
- Assist other warehouse departments or complete miscellaneous tasks depending on business needs
- Monitor returns inbox and hand inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent minimum, University or College degree preferred
- Warehouse experience, returns or ecommerce preferred - 1 year
- Ability to work at heights up to 50ft
- Forklift/Reach Truck/Order Picker certified, or willing to be certified
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Team
- Experience with Microsoft Navision – Not required but highly recommended
- Experience issuing refund via online payment processors (Cybersource, PayPal, etc.)
- Weekend shifts will be required during peak season
- Willing to work overtime
