Job Description
Within the TW distribution center located at Langley, BC, you will work closely with the Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervise all aspects of order preparation, from receiving to shipping.
- Verify merchandise discrepancies and manage the opening and closing of routes.
- Ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment in shipping and receiving areas.
- Coordinate the work of a team of employees and report any issues to the supervisors.
- Ensure the health and safety of workers.
- Maintain effective communication with the warehouse management team and clients.
Salary range: $24.70 - $27,45. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need, among other things:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of warehousing, including shipping/receiving.
- Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
