Your Daily Pour:
- Fulfill orders, package, and assemble our delicious beer and soda (think of it as adult LEGO!)
- Keep our warehouse sparkling clean and organized (Marie Kondo would be proud)
- Multitask like a pro and lift loads up to 165lbs (those kegs need some muscle!)
- Work both independently and as part of a team, with occasional shift work and longer hours (because beer waits for no one)
- Drive vans and forklifts (training provided in-house, so you can channel your inner race car driver, not)
- Operate a variety of equipment including keg machinery, filters, canning lines, and packaging equipment (you’ll be a jack-of-all-trades)
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed diligently (safety first, beer second)
- Work in confined spaces and varying temperatures (hot and cold, just like your favorite brew)
- Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks (because a clean brewery is a happy brewery)
- Ask questions and seek guidance when needed (no question is too hoppy)
- Support and train colleagues as required (teamwork makes the dream work)
- Maintain proper audit track records and follow company policies (because we like to keep things legit)
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all supporting departments (we’re all in this together)
- Take on other duties and projects as assigned (because variety is the spice of life)
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is a plus (bonus points if you can tell a stout from a porter)
- Warehouse/Supply Chain experience and handy skills (you’re basically a superhero)
- Eligibility to legally work in Canada (we don’t want any trouble with the Mounties)
- A valid driver’s license (because you’ll be driving more than just your coworkers crazy)
