We’re a fast-growing new MCA company with significant upside potential, and we’re looking for a sharp, experienced Merchant Cash Advance Underwriter to help build our foundation. This is a unique opportunity to join early, make a real impact, and grow into a management or team leadership role as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze merchant applications, financials, and bank statements
- Assess credit risk and structure funding offers accordingly
- Build and refine internal underwriting procedures to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with sales and operations to streamline deal flow
- Help shape the company’s underwriting culture and strategy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of MCA underwriting experience
- Strong risk assessment, financial analysis, and decision-making skills
- Ability to build and improve processes
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a new venture
