As a Warehouse Receiver/Truck Driver at Andrew Sheret Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently managing truck related operations as well as the incoming inventory. Your primary responsibilities will include co-ordinating freight pick ups/drop offs, receiving shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damages, and accurately recording inventory levels. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and vendors to maintain an organized and efficient receiving process. Must be physically fit and have excellent communication skills. When not operating the truck, warehouse duties will be completed.

Wage is $20.50-$24.00 per hour where wages are scaled with relevant education and/or experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift, hand cart or pallet jack for loading and unloading inventory
- Co-ordinate freight pickups and drop offs
- Drive and maintain company vehicle
- Inspect and verify shipments and documents
- Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum an asset
- Put away/organize stock
- Readily assist other departments
Essential:
- Data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- General understanding of inventory
- General knowledge of workplace safety
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of machinery used to transport and store materials
- Previous driving experience preferred, will train the right candidate
- Class 1 Drivers License is preferred, will to train the right candidate
- Air brake endorsement is considered and asset and is preferred
