We are a fuel injector remanufacturing shop seeking a service writer/ shipper and receiver/ We ship small components. This is a clean office and technical environment offering competitive wages and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing work orders.
- Prioritizing and scheduling work.
- Packaging of outgoing shipments and delivery to courier.
- Preparation of customer invoices and accepting payments.
- Assisting with inventory management.
- Email management.
- General clerical duties with a strong focus on customer service (written and verbal).
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to shipments and product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
- Must have a valid BC driver's license.
- Past work experience requiring a similar skill set.
- Capable of moving/handling boxes weighing 40 pounds.
- Organized and can work independently.
- Forward thinking and initiative to understanding priorities.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) would be an asset.
- QuickBooks experience would be an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
