We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Test Coordinator with expertise in Salesforce to lead and manage testing activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all Salesforce-related solutions meet quality standards and compliance requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and compliance officers.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Test Planning & Coordination
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Schedule and facilitate test cycles, defect triage meetings, and status reporting.
- Salesforce Testing
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensure test coverage for Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to resolve issues and validate fixes.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure testing processes align with internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Document and report test results, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related communications.
- Provide regular updates to project managers, business leads, and compliance teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in Salesforce testing.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare) is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform and tools (e.g., Salesforce Inspector, Workbench).
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr).
- Understanding of APIs, data migration, and integration testing.
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
