As we continue to expand, we’re building a world-class commercial team and are seeking a Business & Education Consultant (BEC) for our GTA East region.
In this role, you’ll be the face of Rubicon Organics to retail partners, budtenders, and the cannabis community. You’ll drive sales, deliver brand education, and create lasting connections that build loyalty and market share. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cannabis, thrives on the road, and loves building relationships with proven sales success, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
What You’ll Do
Manage sales and education across your territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail managers and staff.
Drive brand awareness and community engagement through education and events.
Execute programming to increase volume, share, and loyalty.
Identify new distribution and visibility opportunities.
Deliver impactful brand and product education sessions.
Required:
Proven success in retail sales, territory, or account management.
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
“Sell Safe” certification (or willingness to obtain).
Willingness to travel regularly, including overnights.
Nice to Have:
Post-secondary education in Business, Science, or related field.
Cannabis, liquor, or tobacco industry experience.
Event or sponsorship activation experience.
