We are a leading real estate investment and professional property management company focused on acquiring and managing properties in Winnipeg and Toronto. Our portfolio includes a wide range of assets, primarily residential apartment buildings, but also a commercial portfolio, both owner operated and third party. Delivering outstanding results has led us to our long-standing reputation as a trusted investment company and management partner over the past 40 years.

We are seeking a short term full time temporary contractor to manage our Account Payable role. A full time permanent role will eventually be hired, providing this contractor the opportunity to demonstrate their long term potential first hand.

Detail oriented and organized, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage, and possess strong analytical skills to assist in account reconciliation.

This is an immediate opening with long term potential.
