We are looking for a Technically skilled, passionate coach looking to make soccer coaching a career!!!!!!
The ideal candidate
For this role, you must be an expert in teaching technical skills to players beginner to advanced. At Gladiator Soccer Academy, we develop all of our own players, so you must be able to teach beginners and progress them to a Tier 1 level.

- Strong experience coaching small group sessions and private training
- Ability to translate that experience into our academy environment
- Commitment to developing players from grassroots to Tier 1
- Experience coaching at a high-performance level

Requirements
We are looking for the best of the best—someone who has a deep passion for the game, a strong work ethic, and a desire to constantly improve and educate. This role is ideal for a coach who thrives in a collaborative environment, is great with kids, and is eager to create innovative training sessions that inspire creativity and problem-solving. Punctuality, drive, and passion are essential, as is a commitment to the holistic development of players.
Qualifications:
- Learn to Train certification
- Make Ethical Decisions (MED) Course
- Making Ethical Decisions Online Evaluation
- Respect in Sport Online Module
- Making Headway in Soccer Online Module
Plus any of the following:
- C Diploma or higher (Ontario soccer)
- Any C license equivalent (FA, uefa c, Concacaf C
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
