We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst with a solid background in automation and Agile methodologies to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be skilled in automating processes (E.g. AI agents or other relevant tools) specifically focusing on the release readiness review process. This role requires a great problem solver who excels at delivering automated solutions and is proficient in Agile delivery processes, including Scrum ceremonies.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for the release to production.
Design and implement automated solutions to streamline the release readiness review process using AI agents and other relevant technologies.
Create detailed user documentation and process flows to support the automation initiatives.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Monitor and maintain automated processes, identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies.
Deliver training and support to team members and partners on new automated processes.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Act as a liaison between IT delivery teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and deliver high-quality results.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
4-6 years + of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, with a focus in automation.
Demonstrable experience with Change and Release tools (E.g: JIRA, GitHub, ServiceNow etc.) and automating processes within the platform.
Good understanding of AI technologies and their application in process automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of developing creative solutions.
Strong analytical skills to gather, synthesize, and interpret data.
Experience with scripting and/or programming languages used in automation.
Familiarity with process modeling and workflow automation tools.
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, leading multiple initiatives and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI agents and machine learning algorithms.
Certification in AI automation (E.g: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate etc.)
Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Salary range is expected to be between
$75,880.00 CAD - $140,920.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location.
