Options for Sexual Health is British Columbia's largest sexual and reproductive health service organization, providing comprehensive, non-judgmental clinical, education and information services in a "pro-choice" context. This dynamic organization has a history of over 50 years of skilled and ethical care. Services are offered for all ages, all genders, and all orientations.
We are looking for a Tech Support team member to join us under the Innovator Skills Initiative (ISI) program. This role will provide hands-on IT support while helping us strengthen our systems and services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for staff (hardware, software, and systems).
- Troubleshoot IT issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining and updating IT systems and documentation.
- Support setup and maintenance of user accounts and access.
- Collaborate with team members to improve tech tools and workflows.
- Coordinate IT related projects
Qualifications
- Education or training in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Organized, adaptable, and collaborative.
Eligibility – Innovator Skills Initiative (ISI) Program
This role is funded through the Innovator Skills Initiative. To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a new hire (not employed by Options for Sexual Health in the past 6 months).
- Have completed training/education on or after December 1, 2022.
- Be living in BC and eligible to work in Canada.
- Self-identify as part of one or more underrepresented groups in BC’s tech sector (e.g., women, Indigenous, visible minorities, LGBTQ2S+, youth under 30, newcomers, or people with disabilities). (This is a program requirement, not an Options for Sexual Health requirement.)

- Location: Hybrid (some remote, some on-site at Vancouver office)
