What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Technical Services Specialists, ensuring successful delivery of complex client projects.
- Oversee project execution, performance metrics, workload allocation, and team coaching.
- Act as a key escalation point and trusted advisor for strategic client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, Client Success) to resolve integration challenges and improve processes.
- Drive operational improvements, contribute to tool development, and lead internal initiatives that enhance the onboarding and integration experience.
- Produce and present team performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably within SaaS or technology implementation.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with experience managing integration or data-focused projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Power BI or other data analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred, but not required.
