Hypertec is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Montreal for a short 3-month contract. If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Contributing
- Prepare supply chain reports related to manufacturing activities in Canada and the USA;
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Analyst the component inventory requirements across facilities;
- Review and update Last Part In (LPI) schedules on a weekly/monthly basis;
- Create and manage intercompany material orders in SAP , to meet the demand in both facilities to ensure on time delivery and respecting production schedules;
- Advise Buyers of open purchase orders that may impact production schedules;
- Issue completed reports with the Production and Order Fulfillment teams;
- Perform other data entry, reporting and analytical tasks as needed.
What Sets You Apart
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic computer skills, including ability to work with Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Previous related experience is an asset (supply chain, manufacturing, or administrative support);
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Willingness to learn;
- Experience with SAP is an asset.
