As a Supervisor, Registry Clerks, you’ll be a key leader in supporting day-to-day operations while mentoring a talented team, ensuring exceptional client service, and overseeing a wide range of registry transactions that directly impact the lives of Albertans.

- Lead and manage the daily operations of Westland’s Registry Office, supporting both clients and your team
- Mentor, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Registry Clerks to drive growth, accuracy, and development
- Deliver exceptional client service, including handling escalated issues professionally and efficiently
- Assess customer needs and process a wide range of registry services while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory, reporting, reconciliations, and maintain expertise in MOVES, APPRES, CORES, and SPIN 2 systems
