Responsibilities:
The Clinical Supervisor, will support the staff Counsellors and manage relationships. The Clinical Supervisor, will train, coach, and mentor Counsellors, manage expectations, review and report on the performance of their team. In addition, they will be the contact person for employers requiring information. They will conduct presentations, provide consultations, and update network listing.

What we are looking for:
Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Indigenous Social Work;
Be a member of a Professional College or Canadian Professional Association;
Experience providing clinical supervision;
Ability to assess and coach counsellors clinically with all types of psycho-social disorders and develop treatment plans;
Addictions counselling experience is a great asset;
Experience and expertise with mandated clients;
Ability to use or have knowledge of clinical assessment tools;
Able to write reports in a clear and concise manner;
Basic knowledge of Human resources function and/or disability management;
Experience and capacity with strategic planning, program development, data analysis & budgeting.
