Job Description:
- Overseeing the attendance tracking system and ensuring its accuracy and proper usage.
- Keep track of attendance records, monitor lateness/absence/manual miss punches, etc.
- Identifying trends, such as absenteeism or tardiness, and providing insights to management.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain documentation of attendance-related discussions and follow-ups with employees.
- Generate and distribute regular attendance reports and metrics for planning and operational decision-making.
- Delivering discipline in a timely manner
- Report to their Reporting Manager any unauthorized time or discrepancies.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Personable and professional demeanor.
- Have the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent;
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English;
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record;
- Capable of lifting comfortably 30 lbs.; Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
