Position Title: Suite Attendant
Department: Premium Services – Suites
Reports To: Suites Supervisor / Assistant Suites Manager
Status: Seasonal, Part-Time, Unionized

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon their arrival.
- Prepare and set up the suite, including presentation of food and beverage as per the event order (EO).
- Take and deliver live orders during events, coordinating with Suite Runners and Kitchen Leads.
- Ensure the suite is clean, stocked, and organized at all times, including waste removal.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and report concerns to a Supervisor.
- Communicate with Supervisors, Pantry Coordinators, and Runners to ensure seamless service.
- Process payment transactions, if applicable.
- Perform closing duties including breakdown, inventory, and sanitization.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, or catering experience is an asset.
- Smart Serve certification (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Must be able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts aligned with stadium events.
- Frequent interactions with VIP guests and high expectations for service delivery.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and carrying trays or supplies.
- Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs), bending, reaching, or crouching.
- Ability to climb stairs and work in tight suite environments.

- Coffee/tea service equipment
- POS tablets or handhelds
- Sanitizing and cleaning supplies
- Inventory and order sheets
