Permanent Jewelry Appointments: Choose from bracelets, anklets, and necklaces in sterling silver, gold, or rose gold. Charm Workshops: Create your own charm bracelets, anklets, or necklaces with hundreds of charms to choose from!

Your Role as Studio Manager:
As the Studio Manager, you will be the heart and soul of your Gem Studio location. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring every customer who walks through the door leaves with a smile and a piece of jewelry they crafted themselves. You’ll also be responsible for driving sales, leading and coaching the team, and maintaining our high standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of talented silversmiths
- Ensure all clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter to the time they leave
- Run workshops, charm sessions, and permanent jewelry appointments as needed
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day studio operations
- Convert enquires into bookings for workshops and appointments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to capture content and promote the studio
- Maintain and grow client relationships through sales and retention efforts
- Ensure studio cleanliness and organization, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients
- Monitor and manage studio goals, driving team performance toward financial targets

- Manage daily studio operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct interviews and assist in recruiting new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of cash handling, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote studio services and increase client engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to ensure adequate supplies.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or studio operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in budgeting, payroll management, and financial reporting.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities.
