The group insurance administration team is looking for a student to join their team located in the heart of downtown Montreal! The student will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Prepare and send correspondence;
- Manage daily reports;
- Sort and distribute incoming mail;
- Follow up on pending files;
- Enter new requests and modifications for participants in active contracts;
- Perform other related tasks.
Desired Profile:
- Enrolled in a college or university-level study program;
- Availability of approximately 14 to 20 hours/week during the school year and 20 to 35 hours in the summer;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel);
- Speed and accuracy in data entry.
