Student Job / Hybrid / Quebec / Start Date: As Soon As Possible / 4-Month Contract

Here is a great role for any student who wishes to join iA. As a Contract Administrator for our New Business Division, here is an overview of the responsibilities involved in this role:

  • Validate approved policies to ensure compliance before sending them out.
  • Submit corrections, if needed, for non-compliant contracts to ensure exemplary service levels.
  • Verify returned policies to confirm the recorded data.
  • Print paper documents as per client requests and assemble them.
  • Transfer files to the appropriate teams based on the nature of the requests.

General Qualifications:

  • Currently a college or university student in administration or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite.
  • Precision and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Autonomous and responsible.
  • Comfortable in a changing environment.
  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written, as this is a national role. The person will be required to communicate daily, several times a day, during virtual meetings with team members across Canada and to follow up with internal partners. The person must also understand contracts written in English (50% of the contracts).
  • Available a minimum of 7 hours per week during the school term.
  • Available 35 hours per week from May to August.
  • Mandatory presence in the office 1 day per week due to the nature of the tasks.
