Responsibilities：
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
- Overseeing inventory, ensuring that the inventory is replenished in a timely manner, and effectively managing products nearing their expiration dates
- Creating protocols to protect the store, including theft management
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and policies
- Constructing a schedule for employees and manage their time off, sick leave, and time tracking
- Developing holiday promotions to drive traffic to the store
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an orderly manner
- Provide Sales representatives with specialized training to ensure they meet professional requirements for product knowledge, sales abilities, and service attitude
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain strong customer relationships and pursue opportunities for business expansion
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Requirements and skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Customer management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding ability to sell, has keen awareness of service, and approachable demeanour
- Experience in leading teams to achieve goals, such as sales and training goalsLove the beauty industry and are familiar with Japanese and Korean fashion products
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field - preferred
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
